Job Description: 
Provide Content Administration Services using MS SharePoint as described in Responsibilities/Authorities section:
Provide inputs to Team Lead for reporting purposes
Perform QA as directed by Team Lead
Typically works on High and moderate complexity Requested Tasks and Release Management Tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Provide Content Administration Services as follows :
a. Fulfill requests to change/delete/add content structure in MS SharePoint
b. Add/remove/change web parts and web part pages to existing tabs/sub tabs
c. Maintenance of related links in the HTML editing site according to the new content being posted
d. Completion of various tasks using MS SharePoint
e. Ensure the various businesses follows content ownership processes eg. posting on time, sharing links to reports, deleting obsolete content
f. Ensure that content posted is consistent with the Client global standards
g. Work with content providers to ensure that Client global standards are followed in all content that are posted in the cockpits
h. Help maintain the most updated list of manual content & content providers, along with content SLAs
i. Ensure Client internal SLAs are not affected
j. Provide training to individual publishers/users if new content is added to SharePoint
k. Typically works on High and moderate complexity requests
